“Leniwe, knedle i kluski”
and everything you still do not know about Polish cuisine. You will have the oportunity to prepare delicious sweet and salty dishes, find out more about Polish eating habits and favourite meals. You will learn the names of the products and taste Polish specials – pickled cocumbers, smoked goat’s cheese, rose’s jam and many more.
“Pasty, paprykarze i inne smarowidła”
the most interesting Polish breakfast and supper dishes for every season, various diets and societies. You will learn the names of herbs, vegetables, fruits and the idioms connected to them. You will get to make one of your chosen dishes.
DUMPLINGS FESTIVITY PART I "Ser i ziemniaki”
the most typical Polish combination named pierogi ruskie. But do not fret – more amazing traditional mixes will be presented: with mushrooms, pickled cabage or pearl barley. You will get to learn the names of products and verbs naming the activities connected with the process of dumpling making.
DUMPLINGS FESTIVITY PART II: "Nietypowe połączenie”
vegetarian and vegan dumplings! From tradition to modernity, meaning how Polish eating habits changed. You will learn the names of vegetables and fruts, pick one type of the dumplings and prepare it! Besides, you will be required to buy needed products at our own little grocery shop in the garden, meaning you will get to train your Polish negotiation abilities.
you will get to feel the atmosphere of the Easter and prepare your own Easter basket. You will learn the names of the first spring flowers, the details of “Śmigus-Dyngus” tradition and its origins among the Slavs.
enter summer 2021 with your own style! Make your own garland! During this workshop, you will learn the names of summer flowers and idioms connected to them, discover colors in Polish and stimulate your senses with the amazing and refreshing smells. You will become familiar with the tradition of Krakow wreaths. The beautiful nature surronding (our private garden) will only boost the mood.
“Jesień w bukiecie“
compose your own pumpkin bouquet. You will learn the names of trees and autumn spices. You will find out more about the „Dziady” tradition and will be fortunate to taste a traditional Galician mulled wine.
discover Polish tradition of preparing Christmas decorations. Besides, you will learn the vocabulary connected to the Christmas Eve, prepare your own decoration and participate in „Stroik dla Burundi” campaign (helping to raise funds for the Association of Mothers of Disabled Children AMEH Indemesho in Burundi) as an advertisement’s expert to encourage people to buy the decorations.
“Co mi w duszy gra!”
is an extraordinary mixation of phonetics and music. You will be able to train your vocal tract in expressing even the hardest sounds, expecially those used by Polish speakers. You will learn and sing Polish version of „Happy Birthday’s Song” and one other chosen piece. In groups you will write your own song about chosen topic of life in Poland.
nets and bags do not have to be plastic. Let’s prepare something reusable – a cloth bag! During this workshop you will learn the vocabulary connected to the ecology and will find out about Polish tradition of Earth Cleaning’s Day. Together we will become Earth’s protectors and think about the ways to popularize ecological movements.
“Czas na inną modę”
make your own ecological outfit! We will guide you through the contemporary ways of cloth seving on the example of jeans trousers. You will try to make a new outfit using old clothes that you have already forgotten about (i.e. you won’t have to buy fabric). You will learn the names of clothing, find out what was fashionable in Poland formerly and currently is. With our help you will get to organize a funny ecological fashion show.
“W kręgu reportażu”
you will see the process of reportage creating, the most important vocabulary connected with the writing itself and, most importantly, meet reallife journalist and writer Małgorzata Nocuń, the author of Wczesne życie and co-author of Armenia and Łukaszenka. Niedoszły car Rosji. You will have the oportunity to run an interview – propably for the first time using Polish language. You will travel in time and try to write your own piece of fiction about anything you will find interesting.
“Na sportowo w Krakowie”
warm up in Polish! You will learn the names of body parts active during the training. We will take you for a fitness by the Cracow’s streets and tell you more about Poles favourite sports and most important and famous athletes.

You will learn the vocabulary connected wth the human dark nature under the watchful eye of our teacher, who happens to be a certified guide as well.

You have not so many opportunities to talk to Poles, but would like to exercise your language in less formal terms?
We have prepared language tandems, during which we will discuss various topics related to customs, everyday life, social organization, science or culture. The excitement of the conversation will be a well-selected article, a photo or a fragment of a movie. Language tandem is 1.5 hours of talk in two languages – in Polish and the native language of the student.
imagine what can happen in one weekend. Rush your mind! Describe why you could call the weekend seen in our short movie interesting and what they could have done differently. You will learn the whole bank of a vocabulary, connected to the process of packing your suitcase, everything in between and finally the nostalgic returning and perspective of upcoming work/school.
“Złodzieje czasu, czy nasi sprzymierzeńcy”
how we use the Network, social media, TV, computer games and mobile apps. Create your own dictionary of the most basic vocabulary connected with the technology, social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Take into consideration the problem of being addicted to selfie photoshots. Design with your partner an invention of 3021 year. Share your opinion about generation gap and, finally, take some selfies to always remember this amazing meeting!
